Returns & Exchange Policy

Please complete the Return Form (below), print and enclose it with the returned item/s.

Exchanges: Should you wish to exchange a product the following applies:
 

• The product must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt, accompanied by the printed form (below). Exchanges can only be processed with a completed form.
• The product must be in an unused state and in its original packaging with any brand labels still attached.
• Should you wish to exchange an item we will charge you postage to send you your exchanged item. This does not apply to items being exchanged through our own error.

NOTE:  Please email us with your requirements and await reply before sending back.

Refunds: Should you wish to return a non faulty product for a refund, the following applies:

• The product must be returned to us within 7 days, accompanied by the return form (below). Refunds can only be processed with a completed form.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• A full refund will be given (less postage/carriage on all items) upon receipt of the goods.
• Postage will only be refunded by THE SPORTSWEAR FACTORY if the error was of our own making, i.e. sending out a different size to that ordered.

Please note:

(1) THE SPORTSWEAR FACTORY recommends items are returned by recorded delivery. THE SPORTSWEAR FACTORY do not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

(2) We will only handle goods that are in a clean condition. If goods are deemed as unclean, we will send them back to you and charge you the return postage.
